One of the benefits of blogging for me has been meeting some fabulous women that have the same passion I do – to share information on how to balance hormones naturally.
Nicole Jardim, from The Healthy Elements* recently launched a home study version of her program Fix Your Period*, a program where through nutritional-based remedies, self-care practices and simple lifestyle and environmental changes, this 4-Week Fix Your Period Home Study Program may help restore your menstrual health.
It’s completely virtual, meaning you’ll login in and download the information, you just need an internet connection.
You’ll learn:
Session one – Food + Your Cycle: How food affects your body & hormones
Session two – The Effect of Sugar, Protein & Dairy on Your Hormones: What you need to know!
Session three – Your Endocrine System + Your Hormones: Putting the pretty pieces together
Session four – Menstruation Madness: Use your monthly cycle to maximize your life!
Session five – Implementation: Powerful steps to take your knowledge to the next level
I’ve worked with Nicole on a couple of projects over the last couple of years and while I haven’t taken this course myself, I do know that she puts together professional products and won’t leave you disappointed. She’s successfully worked with clients from all over, helping them find out what their body needs to function properly.
You’ll receive:
- 5 WEEKLY 75-MINUTE WEBINARS
- WEEKLY HANDOUTS
- THE FIX YOUR PERIOD RECIPE E-BOOK
- THE FIX YOUR PERIOD SHOPPING LIST
- ACCESS TO MY PRIVATE FACEBOOK COMMUNITY
- and four extra bonuses
I asked her who this home study program might be for and there were a few health issues that she thought it could really benefit; PCOS, adrenal fatigue, PMS/PMDD, lacking libido, women coming off of the pill, and those who deal with annovulation among others.
Now, virtual courses can be an investment in both time and money. So if you’re interested, make sure you take a look at it today!

Do you think this course would be beneficial to someone already eating a clean paleo whole foods type of diet? I am not new to the scene and my periods are pretty regular day 1-2 are slightly heavy, however. Just wondering your thoughts

I would totally ask her if it is! I haven’t taken it myself, but I’m pretty sure she’s versed in paleo.
