brown rice flour

tapioca starch

apples
peeled and sliced
Instructions
Grease an 8-inch baking dish and preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Stir together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
With a fork, work egg and softened butter the into flour mixture and set aside.
Peel and thinly slice apples.
Place apples in greased baking dish.
Sprinkle the flour mixture over the apples.
Bake for around 45 minutes, until the top is a golden brown.
Serve warm (With ice cream!)
Notes
Regular version - simply use all-purpose flour instead of brown rice flour and tapioca starch.
