I use frozen

greek yogurt

leafy greens
spinach or kale

water

collagen
cold soluble

sweetener
to taste if desired
Instructions
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
If you don't use frozen berries cut the water down a touch and throw a handful of ice.
