Peach Lemonade
Both sweet and tart, this one is perfect for summer.

peaches
sliced, fresh or frozen
1/4
cup
honey
preferably raw

lemons

water
Instructions
Place the peaches and a cup of the water in a medium sauce pan, bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes or until the peaches soften.
Put the cooked peaches in a blender along with the honey and puree completely.
Refrigerate until chilled and serve over ice.
Notes
You may use additional sweetener if desired.
