Chocolate Covered Strawberry Coconut Hearts

- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam I used Costco's organic
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds optional
- 1 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- dash salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Combine base ingredients and press into candy molds (heart shapes are cute) or shape into balls.
Freeze until set, about one hour.
Combine glaze ingredients over low heat until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Dip frozen Strawberry Coconut Hearts into melted chocolate mixture until covered.
Set on a plate and return to freezer for 15 minutes to solidify.
