DIY Electrolyte Drink

Stay hydrated during hot summer days or after a workout. This homemade electrolyte drink is delicious!

  • 1 cup citrus juice lemon, lime, orange or a blend of the three
  • 3 cup coconut water
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp magnesium powder
  • 3-4 drops of trace minerals optional and available on Amazon
  • dash sea salt


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Puree to mix.
  • Serve as is, or over ice.
  • Store leftovers covered in the fridge.


Makes 1 quart of electrolyte drink.
