Last week I had the opportunity to interview Amy Medling of PCOSDiva.com over on Blog Talk Radio all about PCOS. She is a wealth of information and speaks from both a personal and professional perspective.

We talked about:

  • causes of PCOS
  • the ideal diet for a woman with PCOS
  • exercise for when you have PCOS

as well as a lot more. So if you, or someone you know, has PCOS make sure to check out this episode!

Amy also has a JumpStart Program*, which is a seven-day online program (starting October 7) to help you change your diet and learn how to reduce (and maybe even get rid of) symptoms due to PCOS. It includes a menu plan, shopping list, recipes, daily videos, and step-by-step guidance from Amy herself. I have not gone through this program, but from what I know of Amy, it should be really good.
